3. Price Estimates

All estimates are subject to change following an on-site inspection. Final pricing is confirmed only after a free on-site consultation. Submitting your information through the estimator does not constitute a binding quote or contract.

4. Service Agreements

Actual pool service is governed by a separate service agreement between you and 98Pools. Service agreements will specify:

No service will begin until a service agreement is signed or verbally confirmed and agreed upon by both parties.

6. Cancellation Policy

7. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to provide safe and effective service, you agree to:

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool area on scheduled service days
• Secure pets during service visits
• Inform us of any known hazards or issues with your pool equipment
• Notify us of any changes to your pool or property that may affect service
• Ensure pool equipment (pump, filter, etc.) is in working order — we may not be able to fully service a pool with non-functioning equipment

8. Limitation of Liability

98Pools takes care to provide quality service, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as water clarity or chemical balance if underlying equipment issues, heavy rainfall, debris, or other factors outside our control affect the pool between service visits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 98Pools' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
